About Me
Hello there! ☺
My name is Zoey Poole, a graphic designer who is now exploring the creative landscape in Australia. I’m passionate about editorial design, composition and creating visual assets that create meaningful experiences. I admire the traditional values of design, but I also love pushing boundaries and experimenting with storytelling, creating bold, high-contrast visuals, and evoking emotional and sensory responses within my work.
Though I am early in my professional journey, I am so eager to gain real-world experience, learn from seasoned creatives, and contribute wherever I can. My inspiration blossoms from my love of contemporary art, design culture, and the textures/patterns of the world around me. I am ready to bring bright energy, curiosity, and dedication to a team that’s open to allowing me to grow.
I’m excited to be at the beginning of my design career and really appreciate you taking the time to engage with my work.

Remix: Activating the Archive was a week-long workshop facilitated by Kelly Walters and Anoushka Khandwala, where I looked closely at visual material sourced from cultural archives in the UK and USA. I created a collage by remixing a variety of visual elements from a curated set of cultural artefacts based on a spectrum of lived experiences.
